We are a small, independent studio run with a lot of heart. We appreciate your support more than words can say. These terms exist to make sure everyone has a smooth and fair experience — we promise we wrote them with love (and maybe a little chaos).

ORDERS & PAYMENT

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of errors in pricing or product descriptions.

SHIPPING

Please allow 3-4 business days for order fulfillment, excluding shipping time. Each order is personally packed and dispatched from our studio. You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is on its way!

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because many of our items are handmade and one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your order is fulfilled and handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will do our absolute best to help investigate and file claims where possible.
