All Ceramic Sales Are Final Because each ceramic piece is handmade and one-of-a-kind, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Please read product descriptions carefully before purchasing!

Damaged or Defective Items If something arrives broken or damaged, we've got you! Contact us within 7 days of delivery at HyejiniStudio@gmail.com with:

• A photo of the damaged item
• Your order number

We'll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received If we sent you the wrong item, we're so sorry! Reach out within 7 days and we'll fix it ASAP.

Lost Packages Once your order is shipped, it's in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages but will do our best to help you resolve it.
